How each metric is calculated

Overall OTP = pickup + delivery drops on-time ÷ pickup + delivery drops with a timeslot. On-time = arrived before or inside the booked window (arriving early counts). Excludes DOC returns.

Pickup OTP = pickup drops that arrived before/within their booked timeslot ÷ pickup drops with a timeslot. Arriving early counts as on-time.

Delivery OTP = delivery drops (excl. DOC) that arrived before/within their booked timeslot ÷ delivery drops with a timeslot. Arriving early counts as on-time.

DOC Return OTP = document-return drops completed by end of the first working day after the route was delivered ÷ all DOC-return drops. Mon–Fri only, and Thai public holidays are skipped — a Friday delivery is due Monday, and if that Monday is a holiday it becomes Tuesday.

Fail Rate = failed drops ÷ all drops (drop-level). E.g. a route with 10 drops and 1 failure = 10% fail rate. Lower is better.

Avg Time at Drop = average of (completion − arrival) across completed drops (capped 0–24h).
